2025.12.23 update:Yuki Sato
You will lead a series of development processes from initial design to detailed design, strength analysis, manufacturing, and verification in the development of aircraft structural systems.
You will be responsible for the following tasks. ●Design and strength analysis (manual calculation and FEA) of primary and secondary aircraft structures (including landing gear and dynamic wing mechanisms) ・Design and analysis of primary and secondary structures (including landing gear and wing mechanisms), including manual calculations and FEA. ●Effective compilation of structural requirements in cooperation with the writing team (aerodynamics, flight control, powertrain, avionics, etc.), based on an understanding of the aircraft's overall system. ●Calculation of load requirements ●Prepare and review documents related to design development (design documents, test plans, analysis reports, etc.) ●Propose and implement design verification methods ●Overseeing or coordinating manufacturing processes ●Self-motivated learning and returning knowledge to team members and improving their work
●At least 3 years of experience in mechanical design and development in the aerospace (drones), automobile, ship, robotics, etc. ●Experience in design based on numerical calculations is a plus.
●The candidate should have a solid understanding of the fundamentals of mechanical engineering and be able to apply theory to practice. ・Those who can study and understand [Toshimi Taki, "Fundamentals of Aircraft Structural Analysis"] (http://takitoshimi.starfree.jp/aircraft/aircraft_struct_jp.htm) as an example of literature and apply it to actual design. (*After actual practice is acceptable. If you have read a book equivalent to Dr. Taki's book, please let us know the name of the book). ・The candidate should be able to perform manual load calculations and structural analysis and verbalize the design validity based on engineering principles. ・Skills to investigate, calculate, and evaluate orders based on material mechanics hand calculations and cited literature in a short period of time.
●Basic knowledge and experience in handling materials, construction methods, drafting methods, and other aspects of machine manufacturing. ●Familiarity with at least one type of 3D-CAD (*We mainly use SollidWorks)
●Start-up mindset: Must be curious about new skills and unknown fields, be willing to take on challenges, take responsibility for your own achievements, and work on improvement. ●Communication and proberty: Able to deal with technical issues with a logical and calm approach through effective collaboration with others. ●Successful experience and initiative: Experience in projects that have been actively promoted with enthusiasm for the success not only of oneself but also of the team as a whole. ●Passion for manufacturing: The candidate must have an interest in creating something of his/her own. ●A sense of urgency and upward mobility: Strong dissatisfaction with one's own current situation (skills and experience), a desire to improve, and an attitude of seeking a higher ideal.
●Match between career vision and company vision: The candidate must have a clear career vision and sympathy for the company's vision. Have a goal or dream that you feel you can only achieve with teTra aviation.
●Japanese language proficiency (N1 or N2, working toward N1) ●English reading comprehension (to the extent that one can read foreign academic literature)
●Full Flexible ●Working hours:8 hours (60 minutes break) ●Annual holidays:120 days (Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and other company holidays) ●Annual paid vacation:10 days (after 6 months of employment)
